The trail is now open. Orange construction fencing now lines both sides of the trail in the damaged section. They have also added a 10 MPH speed limit in the fenced section. Violators will be ticketed.

This section really isn't very long, however I am concerned about the idiot factor in the downhill section as that orange plastic fencing can easily snag handlebars resulting in serious face-plants... so be alert, watch for "bad" behavior.
